Jay Dietz is the VP of Operations for the Vertin Group and is a licensed funeral director in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. In 1995, Dietz began managing funeral homes in Minnesota for Vertin Family Funeral Homes, a position he continued for 18 years before accepting a senior management role with the organization in 2013. His passion is to ensure that funeral service remains focused on providing the highest level of care to all families in their time of greatest need, regardless of the customs and traditions of the time

Jamie is a Generalist consultant in all areas of human resource management with specialties in affirmative action, wage and hour accounting, employment regulation compliance, training and development, compensation and performance management systems, employee satisfaction assessments, She regularly conducts management training for clients and serves as guest speaker for state and national associations. Jamie is a certified trainer for Vital Learning Corporation, John Maxwell and SESCO Leadership Institute.
