EBIDA can spell success or failure for your business, including your ability to grow or sell your business.

The success and value of your business can be defined by just 5 letters: EBIDA. EBIDA or Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation and Amortization might sound simple enough, but it has incredible implications on your business. In part three of this four-part series, we will cover essential financial knowledge that can make or break your business: EBIDA’s impact on your growth and succession plans. Participants will gain an awareness of crucial elements to acquire, grow and succeed a future business.

Key Takeaways:

  • Flexibility for unexpected expenses or losses in revenue
  • Capital expenditures
  • Adequate staffing
  • Ability to expand and grow
  • Succession goals

The first 50 attendees will receive a $20 lunch gift card the next day for attending.
