Dr.Troyer will discuss specific examples of conflict, examine the psychological roots of specific behaviors, and propose tactics for defusing and resolving the conflict. The strategies are drawn from clinical psychology and family therapy where therapists must quickly decipher challenging family dynamics and work toward positive outcomes. Jason Troyer, PhD, earned his doctorate in Counseling Psychology and is a former counselor and college professor.  He is the Founder of Mt. Hope Grief Services and provides aftercare materials, workshops, presentations, training seminars and consulting services to the funeral service profession.  He is also the Community Engagement & Grief Support Consultant for Grandview Cemetery in Maryville, TN.
