Advocacy Associates is a logistics firm that specializes in organizing the entirety of Hill Days in Washington, DC. Therefore, registering and attending the 2026 Advocacy Summit means you agree to the standards and terms outlined by Advocacy Associates. Information requested as part of the registration is needed for Advocacy Associates to set up your congressional meetings.
All congressional meetings will be scheduled for Thursday, April 16 between 9:30am and 4:30 pm.
NFDA reserves the right to remove any attendee if their actions are deemed by NFDA, its sole discretion, to be dangerous, inappropriate, violates NFDA's policies, or is disruptive to other attendees.
By registering for this event, you consent that photos and videos of you at the event may be published in print or posted online in online photo albums; on photo/video-sharing sites such as YouTube; on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram; and in other Web-based media at the sole discretion of NFDA.
All events are subject to change.
Cancellations
Cancellations for Advocacy Summit registration and/or special events must be received in writing and faxed or postmarked on or before April 7, 2026 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after April 8, 2026 and before April 14, 2026 will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $75 cancellation fee; special event fees/tickets will not be refunded. Cancellations received on or after April 14, 2026 and no-shows will not receive a refund. Telephone requests must be followed up in writing.
NFDA reserves the right to cancel the program due to circumstances beyond its control. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a program, registrants will have the option to either receive a full registration refund or transfer registration to the same program at a future date in the same year. NFDA’s liability for any cancellation is limited to a refund of the registration fee and shall not extend to any other claims, including, but not limited to, travel expenses, cancellation fees, lost wages, inconvenience and other related costs.
