Ask almost any company leader, and they will tell you diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace is a key strategic element. But what exactly does that mean? Kris Murphy will share how the focus on inclusion and diversity over the last two to three years has been prompting funeral professionals to re-evaluate the way they do business. Discussion will focus on what DEI truly means, how you can incorporate a successful DEI program, and the value it can bring to your firm.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Examine the unique challenges that make it difficult for older generations to let go
  2. Explore the challenges facing the next generation
  3. Review the six reasons why planning for transition must happen immediately
