It takes intentionality to create a warm, hospitable environment.

Understanding what hospitality is and how it affects those we serve is critical to our success in funeral service. Examine the difference between customer service and hospitality.  Both are vitally important, but what we do for our client families and how we make them feel is vastly different. Attendees will become aware of how they make people feel, learn to create habits of hospitality, and utilize the unique gifts they bring to the profession.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Enhance your understanding of hospitality and customer service
  2. Uncover ways to differentiate hospitality and customer service
  3. Discover successful approaches to offer top-notch hospitality in your funeral home.
