Chris Meredith has served the funeral service profession for almost 4 decades. Chris is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Cyrus Works based in North Little Rock AR. Cyrus Works is the parent company supporting multiple funeral service organizations, including Smith Family Funeral Homes, Cyrus Life Ins Co’s,  and Cyrus Business Solutions of which Aftercare by Cyrus, Training by Cyrus and The Willow Award is supported. Chris is a strategic consultant and leadership coach specializing in operations systems, talent development, and organizations alignment. Chris is an industry conference and workshop presenter.
