Did you know two thirds of supervisors receive little to no training on how to handle the soft skills of management? Supervisors must exhibit true leadership, boost morale, and reduce employee turnover, all while positively impacting your organization’s bottom line – a tall order for even the most experienced professional. This webinar will address necessary skills with a focus on the employee – manager relationship during the performance management process.

Key Takeaways

  1.      Developing Performance Goals and Standards. Learners will evaluate their daily job skills and strategies to pinpoint their strengths and discover methods for enhancing their performance.
  2.      Coaching Job Skills. Managers will gain skills in effectively coaching team members through observation, analysis, and communication, optimizing one-on-one discussions to drive results and secure individual commitment.
