The COVID-19 pandemic is stressful for every funeral director. You’re concerned about yourselves, your coworkers, the families you serve, and your own families and friends. You’re juggling an everchanging landscape of federal, state and local regulations and guidance.
Sarah Ross from Beacon Health Solutions, which administers NFDA’s Work/Life Resource Program (EAP), will share tips to help you cope with the extra pressure you may be feeling and discuss resources on their website to support you and your family during these difficult times.
She will also share more information about the free, confidential help the Work/Life Resource Program offers year-round, such as help locating child care services, assistance with financial planning, sessions with a licensed counselor and more! You will learn what to expect when you reach out for assistance.
