Seminar Presenters
Glenda Stansbury MA, CFSP, Marketing & Development Director of InSight Books, Co-Founder and Dean of InSight Institute Certified Celebrant Program. Glenda has worked as Marketing and Development Director for In-Sight Books for 17 years and has been Dean of the In-Sight Institute for 18 years, training over 3500 Celebrants around North America with Doug Manning and is a practicing Funeral Celebrant. She is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, a Certified Funeral Service Professional and a professor in the UCO Mortuary Science Department.

What to Bring
We will provide a notebook and required materials. If you have a laptop computer, it is recommended (but not required) that you bring it for the funeral presentation work. We will have a printer available.

NFDA reserves the right to remove any attendee if their actions are deemed by NFDA, its sole discretion, to be dangerous, inappropriate, violates NFDA's policies, or is disruptive to other attendees.

Cancellations:
Cancellation must be in writing and is subject to a $50 cancellation fee OR application fee may be applied to another Cremation Certification Program. Cancellations must be received by the day prior to the seminar. Cancellations received on/after the day of the event and no-shows will not receive a refund. Telephone requests must be followed up in writing.
NFDA reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to circumstances beyond its control. Should circumstances arise that result in the cancellation of a seminar, candidates will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer to another Cremation Certification program option. NFDA's liability for any cancellation is limited to a refund of the registration fee and shall not extend to any other claims including, but not limited to, travel expenses, cancellation fees, lost wages, inconvenience, and other related costs.
