This NFDA Online Course is designed to inform funeral service professionals of consumer preferences for cremation and burial in the United States, Canada and worldwide and to provide current statistics on influential facets within the profession. The course includes statistical data is taken from NFDA’s 2022 Cremation & Burial Report as well as data from NFDA’s 2022 Consumer Preferences & Awareness survey.
Knowledge checks are included in each lesson. A 12-question true/false question is required to complete the course. Users must achieve a passing score of 70%.
