This NFDA course provides funeral directors with a detailed overview of the NFDA Code of Professional Conduct, explaining requirements and enforcement procedures. Requirements are binding upon NFDA members in accordance with the NFDA Constitution and Bylaws. Upon completing the course, learners will understand the purpose of the Code of Professional Conduct, its requirements, and enforcement procedures.
