Hear it from a State Association!

“The NFDA Arranger Training program conducted by Lacy Robinson for our association members was filled with up to date information and guidance that our members could implement immediately. We had an overwhelmingly positive response from members in attendance, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed the program and encouraged us to bring Lacy back to our state in the future.”

Erin MacLean
Executive Director, Wyoming Funeral Directors Association (WyFDA)

Students say it best!

“During the Student Arranger Training, Lacy described the importance of connecting with the families the students will someday serve. The necessity of providing families who are in grief with a map of what the arrangement conference will include to help the family have realistic expectations of the arrangement conference process; and samples of ways the students can properly explain the options to families.”

Kevin Patterson, PhD.
Program Chair and Instructor, Des Moines Area Community College
